A real incient.

My life partner is a great cook.  One day he had asked  me to get some Avil while  i return from my place of work. Very sincerely I went to the medical shop.  Brought a strip of Avil.  Forgot about the the affair after that.  Next day morning he hurriedly asked for the 'avil'.  I just jumped out of the bed .  Opened my hanbag and gave him the strip.

There was a sudden change in his face.  He just screamed "What is this.  Bring that AVIL.  My seasoning is over.  I was wondering what avil has got to do with seasoning. He took that  strip and  that  went straight into the bin.  He Put off the gas and said am the most undependable person.

Later on I realised by avil he meant "Poha" in marathi and we at home call it Aval.  And that day's breakfast ended in an udupi restaurant.

Now I always make sure whether it's the tablet or poha.  iam sure one day I might end up getting poha when he really needs a strip of Avil.  kanaka
